宫腔镜电切术治疗宫腔内良性病变328例临床分析

目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗宫腔内良性病变的疗效。方法使用宫腔电切镜治疗宫腔良性病变328例,术后随访2年。结果宫腔内占位性病变引起的异常子宫出血(AUB)术后症状改善率为99.0%,子宫内膜增殖症引起的功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)半年内症状改善率为97.8%(其中无月经占38.9%,月经减少占45.6%,月经正常占13.3%)。2年内症状改善率为83.3%(其中无月经占20.0%,月经减少占14.4%,月经正常占48.9%)。66例不孕症患者中17例妊娠,8例习惯性流产患者中2例足月分娩。不孕症患者术后妊娠率为25.7%,习惯性流产患者术后分娩率为25.0%,痛经患者术后症状消失或改善。结论宫腔电切镜治疗宫腔内良性占位性病变见效快,疗效显著。治疗DUB近期疗效好,远期疗效有待进一步观察。

The Clinical Analysis of Innocent Lesions in Uterine Cavity by Using Hysteroscopy Electro Surgery for 328 Patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effects of treating innocent lesions in uterine cavity by using hysteroscopy electro surgery.METHODS We have performed the hysteroscopy electro surgery on 328 patients with innocent lesions in uterine cavity and have done a follow-up for two years. RESULTS The abnormal uterine bleeding due to space occupying lesion has been improved 99.0%. The dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to endometrial multiplication has been improved 97.8% in half a year(Among them the rate of the no menses cases was 38.9%.The rate of the less menses cases was 45.9%.The normal menses cases was 13 .3%). The rate of the cases that the curative effects has been improved of the DUB has been improved 83.3% in two years(among them the rate of the no menses cases was 20.0%,the less menses cases was 14.4%,the normal menses cases was 48.9%). There has 17 cases get pregnancy among the 66 cases of infertility women cases.And has 2 got full term delivery among the 8 cases of habitual abortion women. The rate ofpregnancy for infertility women was 25.7%. The rate of full term delivery for the habitual abortion women was 25.0%. The curative of the dysmenorrhoea has been disappeared or improved after operation in this analysis. CONCLUSION Treating innocent lesions in uterine cavity by using hysteroscopy electrosurgical can take quickly and obviously curative effects.It has good effects in treating DUB in the short time after operation,but it's curative effects in the long run is on testing.
