| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髋臼骨折手术治疗方法和效果。方法总结56例髋臼骨折的手术治疗效果。根据不同的骨折类型，手术采用K-L（Kocher-Langenbeck）入路35例，髂腹股沟入路8例，前后联合入路（髂腹股沟加K-L入路）13例。复位后应用骨盆重建钢板、拉力螺钉内固定及人工关节置换。结果平均随访时间为26个月（8～42个月）。复位根据Matta影像学评分，解剖复位31例，良好复位21例，差4例；优良率92．9％。局部感染2例，发生创伤性关节炎4例，异位骨化2例，股骨头无菌性坏死1例。结论髋臼骨折术前正确分析骨折类型，选择手术时机、人路、手术顺序和术中良好的复位是提高治疗效果的关键。
