| 摘 要： | 通过对我国五所大学的个案研究,总结和分析了当前我国大学信息化体制的组织结构及其特点,并从“IT部门、院系、行政部处”三者间信息化权责关系的协调处理—这一信息化体制的功能目的的视角剖析了其运行机制及存在的问题,提出我国大学信息化发展的现实需求以及遭遇的体制困境.

| Abstract: | Based on our case study of China’s five universities,this paper summarizes and analyzes the structure and characteristics of China’s university informatization institution system.It also explores the operation mechanism and existing problems of the system from the functional purpose perspective of the system,the coordination of informatization power and accountability between IT division,administrative department and colleges.Last,it points out the practical needs of informationization development of China’s universities in the information age and the system dilemma that it is facing. |
