青少年网络成瘾的多维干预效果评价

目的探讨多维干预对青少年网络成瘾的效果。方法将96例青少年网络成瘾患者随机分为干预组和对照组。2组均接受对症治疗,而干预组合并实施多维干预。于入组时、3、6、12个月对2组患者进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、WHO生存质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、治疗依从性、复发率和再住院率的评定。结果入组时干预组与对照组的BPRS、WHOQOL评分及治疗依从性的差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。随访12个月时,干预组患者的治疗依从性和WHOQOL的各领域评分明显高于对照组,而BPRS总分、复发率和再住院率均低于对照组(P0.01或P0.05)。结论多维干预可提高青少年网络成瘾患者维持治疗的依从性,降低复发率,使患者的病情更稳定且生活质量改善,可作为促进患者健康的常用措施。

Effect of dimensional intervention on teenagers with internet addiction

[Objective]To investigate the effect of dimensional intervention on teenagers with internet addiction.[Methods]A total of 96 cases of teenagers with internet addiction were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment but the intervention group also received additional dimensional intervention.The clinical outcome was simultaneously evaluated by the scale of brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),the world health organization quality of life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF),compliance of drug treatment,recurrent rate and rehospitalization rate at 0,3,6 and 12 months following treatment.[Results] There were no significant differences in the total score of BPRS,the score of each scale in WHOQOL-BREF and drug treatment compliance between the two groups(P>0.05) before intervention.After 12 months following treatment,the treatment compliance,,the scores of each factor in WHOQOL of the teenagers was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group,while the total scores of BPRS,recurrence rate and rehospitalization rate were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion]The dimensional intervention can improve the treatment compliance,degrade the recurrence rate,stabilize the condition,improve quality of life and can be used as effective means to promote the rehabilitation of the teenagers with internet addiction.
