| 摘 要： | 目的:研究急性脑梗死患者的血糖水平变化和患者病情、早期预后的相关性.方法:将急性脑梗死患者分为血糖正常组和高血糖组,比较2组患者神经功能缺失程度和预后.结果:高血糖组神经功能缺失程度显著重于血糖正常组(P＜0.05)；高血糖组治疗效果显著低于血糖正常组(P＜0.05).结论:伴发高血糖的脑梗死患者神经功能缺失更严重,血糖水平变化对急性脑梗死患者的病情和预后判断有参考意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the dynamic change of level of blood glucose(BG)and its impact on clinical manifestation and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:According to level of BG on date of confirmed diagnosis,all patients studied were divided into high blood glucose(HBG)group and normal blood glucose(NBG)group,degree of neurological deficit and prognosis of patients in two groups were analyzed and compared.Resluts:Degree of neurological deficit of patients in HBG group were more serious than that of NBG group,prognosis of patients in HBG group was worse than that of NBG group.There were significant difference in degree of neurological deficit and prognosis between two groups.Conclusion:Neurological deficit is more serious in patients with HBG.HBG can be harmful influence on condition and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. |
