| 摘 要： | 男性抗生育药可通过干扰生精达到避孕效果，其作用机制与生精细胞的凋亡有关。本文对近几年来睾酮、棉酚、三苯氧胺、雷公藤甲素等男性抗生育药在细胞凋亡及其中关键基因及蛋白的表达方面的作用及调节机制的研究进展进行了综述，并展望对其深入研究的意义。

Male Antifertility Drugs and Cell Apoptosis |

| Abstract: | Male antifertility drugs can induce contraception by interfering with spermatogenesis progression. Their action mechanism is correlated with the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells. This paper summarizes recent researches on the mechanism of male antifertility-drugs, including testosterone, gossypol, tamoxifen and triptolide, reviews their regulating effect on cell apoptosis and the expression of the key genes and proteins involved, and explores the significance of further researches on male antifertility drugs and cell apoptosis. |
