女性生殖系统肿瘤4 315例临床分析

目的: 探讨我院5年住院女性生殖系统肿瘤患者的各部位分布构成比和各年龄段的分布情况,为肿瘤防治工作提供理论依据.方法:收集整理了2000～2004年在我院住院的女性生殖系统肿瘤病例,以Microsofit excel 表格形式储存,用SAS3.0对其进行统计学分析.结果:女性生殖系统肿瘤4 315例,其中良性肿瘤1 327 例,恶性肿瘤2 988例.汉族患者2 229例,维吾尔族患者1 847例,其他少数民族239例.女性生殖系统肿瘤部位多见于子宫、宫颈、卵巢,良性肿瘤以子宫、卵巢居多,恶性肿瘤以宫颈居多.维吾尔族恶性肿瘤患者以宫颈癌为主;汉族肿瘤患者中卵巢、子宫恶性肿瘤比例明显高于维吾尔族.良性肿瘤患者平均年龄42.5岁,恶性肿瘤患者平均年龄55岁.结论:维吾尔族及汉族患者各部位肿瘤分布具有明显差异,需要具体分析肿瘤相关因素.

Study of the distribution of 4315 cases of woman genital system tumor

Objective: To study the morbidity, location of woman genital system tumor in different age's groups and in different nationalities, and provide theoretical foundation for tumor treatment and prevention. Methods:All women with genital system tumor proved pathologically in the past five years during 2000-2004 were included in this study and all data were analysed statistically. Results:Of 4 315 cases, 1 327 cases were benign, 2 988 cases were malignant,2229 cases were Han, 1847 were Uighur and 239 were other minorities. The location of all women with genital system tumor concentrated in the cervix, uterus and ovary. Benign tumor mainly located in uterus and cervix, malignant tumor located cervix. Cervix cancer was the main malignant type among Uighur patients, while malignant tumor of uterus and ovary were most common among Han patients. The main age of patient with benign tumor was 42.5, and the main age of patients of malignant tumor was 55. The mean age of Uighur patients with malignant tumor was less than that of Han patients. Conclusion: There were significant differences between Han and Uighur minority regarding as the location of tumor, tumor type and main age.
