| 摘 要： | 目的随着社会的发展及法律的健全,人们的法制意识也日渐增强。方法手术室工作因性质特殊、工作节奏快、病情复杂,而且是高危区,容易发生意外情况,引发医疗纠纷,甚至医疗事故的可能性很大。结果手术室护士更应具有足够的法律知识和扎实的专业知识,健全和完善各项管理制度,做好手术室护理安全是手术顺利完成的重要保证,也是提高护理质量的前提和基础。结论完善科室的规章制度,并严格按管理制度操作大大减少了医疗纠纷,护理差错事故发生。

| Abstract: | Objective With the development of society and the law of the people＇s legal awareness,and growing.Methods Due to special nature and operating work fast,illness,and is complex,easy to high-risk area,causing accidents happen even medical accident medical disputes,the possibility is very large.Results Nurse should have sufficient knowledge of the law and solid professional knowledge,and improve various management systems,operating safety of the operation is an important guarantee for the smooth completion is to improve the quality of nursing premise and basis.Conclusion Perfecting rules and regulations of the department,and strict management system operation according to greatly reduce the medical dispute,the nursing error accidents. |
