网络心理咨询效果影响因素的实证研究

目的通过实证探讨影响网络心理咨询效果的因素。方法以SCL-90症状自评量表和自编态度调查问卷为工具,研究网络咨询的干预效果及影响因素。结果网络咨询对人际关系、学习、恋爱问题的咨询效果相对明显;在中等介入和深度介入上的咨询效果比浅度介入明显;被试对网络咨询的效果、伦理问题以及与传统咨询比较的倾向均持相对消极的态度。结论从本次研究结果来看,网络咨询更适合适应性问题;线上与线下咨询的结合是目前网络咨询的有效方式;咨询内容、介入程度和被试对网络咨询的态度均是影响网络咨询效果的因素。

An empirical study of factors influencing potential of online counseling

Objective To explore the factors influencing the potential of online counseling through empirical study. Methods The potential and influential factor of online counseling were probed with SCL-90 and self-designed attitude questionnaire.
