血清性激素测定在女性性早熟的诊断和治疗中的临床应用

本文收集因乳房发育或伴有阴道出血在本院就诊女孩38例,年龄14个月～8足岁不等,乳房增大直径从1cm硬结至8cm之腺体组织。7例外阴发育,3例出现阴毛。血清LH、FSH,E_2测定发现,26例LH、FSH升高,LH值为3.6±1.8(IU/L)((?)±SD),FSH值为4.9±2.6(IU/L)((?)±SD),,31例E_2升高达育龄妇女月经周期之卵泡早期水平。对LH、FSH升高患者应用醋酸甲孕酮治疗取得了满意的效果,乳房萎缩,激素恢复正常。

DETERMINATION OF SERUM LH,FSH AND ESTRADIOL IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FEMALE PRECOCIOUS PUBERTY

Thirty-eight cases of female precocious puberty were investigated in this study. The age of the patients ranged from 14 months to 8 years. The main symptom of the patients was breast development, often companied by vaginal bleeding. The breast size was 11to 8 cm in diameter. The vulva was developed in seven cases with pubic hair growth in three cases.LH, FSH levels in serum were elevated in 26 cases and estradiol levels elevated in 31 cases. Treatment of the patients with elevated LH, FSH levels in serum by medroxyprogesterone acetate yielded good result Breast enlargement regressed, and LH, FSH and estradiol levels fell to normal.
