中药治疗白塞病的临床观察

目的观察中药自拟方治疗白塞病的疗效。方法50例门诊轻、中度白塞病患者随机分为两组；试验组25例，对照组25例。对纳入本研究的25例患者，采用中药自拟方煎荆口服，并设25例激素（强的松10～30mg）治疗为对照组。一个疗程为2周，用药2个疗程，观察治疗前、后症状、体征变化，及停药后复发率。结果在第一个疗程中，激素组患者的症状、体征迅速缓解；而中药治疗组的症状缓解明显慢于激素组（P〈0．05）。在第二个疗程中，中药治疗组的患者症状、体征缓解逐步接近激素治疗组，激素及中药组的疗效相当（P〉0．05）。停药后3个月随访复发率，中药组复发率明显低于激素组（P〈0．05）。结论本研究自拟中药方对轻、中度白塞病治疗有效。与激素相比中药治疗白塞病起效较慢，但起效后则疗效似比激素治疗稳固，复发率相对较低。中药与激素相比，可以相对长期用药且少副作用。

Clinical observation of behcet's disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Behcet's Disease.Methods 50 patients with mild to moderate out-patient patients with Behcet's Disease were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The cases in the test group had 25 patients,and that in the control group had 25 patients.The patients in the test group were provided the oral decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine,while the patients in the control group were given by prednisone(10~30mg).A course was two weeks.After two courses,the changes of symptoms and signs were compared before and after treatment,as well as relapse rate after treatment for clinical observation.Results In the first course,the symptoms and signs of the hormone treatment were rapidly improved,and that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment were improved significantly(P<0.05).In the second course,the improvement of symptoms and signs in the patients of the traditional Chinese medicine approachrd gradually to the hormone group,the effects of the two groups were relevantly equal(P>0.05).We stopped the treatment of the two groups after 3 month and followed up,the recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than that of the hormone group(P<0.05).Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine was effective for treatment of mild to moderate Behcet's Disease.The treatment effective of the traditional Chinese medicine was slower than the hormone at first,but that was steady.The recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine was relatively lower than that of the hormone.The traditional Chinese medicine can be applied in relatively long-term,and has fewer side effects than the hormone treatment.
