| 摘 要： | 目的:治疗D-炔诺孕酮埋植剂(Norplant)皮下埋植术后的副作用——月经紊乱.方法:接受Norplant避孕术后月经紊乱的292例患者按临床症状随机分两组,分别用尼尔雌醇、6-氨基己酸治疗.结果:尼尔雌醇组调经、止血效果明显优于6-氨基己酸组,且疗程短、复发率低.统计学处理两组有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:Norplant致月经紊乱与卵巢功能、雌孕激素水平有关.用尼尔雌醇治疗,可减轻不良反应,治疗月经紊乱,降低取出率和提高使用率.
