Suresight视力筛查仪检查0～6岁儿童屈光常规保健及转诊标准的探讨

目的通过用Suresight视力筛查仪对0～6岁儿童进行屈光检查,寻找0～6岁儿童屈光发育的规律,探讨Suresight视力筛查仪检查屈光常规保健及转诊的评估标准。方法使用Suresight视力筛查仪对我院健康体检的0～6岁儿童4853名(9706只眼)进行屈光检查。将受检儿童分成9组获得了各年龄组双眼球径屈光度和柱径屈光度的频数分布、P50参考值和P25～P75参考值范围。结果随着儿童年龄的增长,双眼球径屈光度和柱径屈光度的参考值范围均逐渐缩小,至1岁后相对稳定。结论可将各年龄组双眼球径屈光度P25～P75参考值范围及柱径屈光度P75、双眼柱径屈光度>P75参考值范围的儿童可列为转诊对象,转入眼科进行阿托品散瞳进一步确诊。
