| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨贫困大学生逆境商与成就动机的特点及相互关系。方法:采用方便取样,选取受"广东潮人海外联谊会"资助的贫困大学生201名;利用"跨校联选课"的上课时间选取非贫困大学生196名。用逆境商(AQ)量表和成就动机(AM)量表进行测量。结果:贫困大学生的AQ量表总分及控制、忍耐、归因因子分和AM量表的追求成功动机、成就动机得分均高于非贫困大学生,但AM量表的避免失败动机得分低于贫困大学生(均P<0.01);男性贫困大学生(n=94)成就动机得分高于女性贫困大学生(n=107),而避免失败因子分低于女性贫困大学生(均P<0.05),AQ得分则没有性别差异(P>0.05);贫困生追求成功因子分、成就动机得分与逆境商得分呈正相关(r=0.19～0.34,P<0.01),而避免失败因子分与逆境商得分呈负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.001)。结论:贫困大学生在逆境商、成就动机上表现出了积极的一面,并且两者关系密切。
