| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗封闭抗体不足性反复流产的临床疗效。方法:选择确诊患者86例,随机分为西医治疗对照组40例,中西医结合治疗组46例。对照组采用丈夫淋巴细胞免疫治疗,治疗组采用加味玉屏风散联合丈夫淋巴细胞免疫治疗,免疫治疗3周注射一次,4次为一个疗程,观察2个周期,并观察其妊娠结局。结果:86例均完成了治疗,对照组在免疫治疗一个疗程后,封闭抗体全部转阳有11例,第二疗程有21例;治疗组在第一个疗程后转阳24例,第二疗程有20例。对照组共有30例成功妊娠,治疗组共有42例成功妊娠。治疗组在BA的转阳速度、转阳率和成功妊娠率上都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗封闭抗体不足性反复流产疗效肯定,但其具体的作用机制仍有待于进一步深入研究。
