| 摘 要： | 在获取绒毛组织方面,国内外有盲取法、B超下抽吸法等,国内以盲取法较多,取材方法不同,并发症及安全性也有区别.本文介绍了自己设计的绒毛吸管,对在B超下取材和盲取法进行了对比和评价;对绒毛细胞直接制备染色体过程中存在的一些主要问题,在技术上进行了改进,并就有关问题加以讨论.

| Abstract: | There are several methods in taking villi samples in early pregnancy such as under the guidance of real time ultrasound, blind aspiration, etc. In our country, the letter is often used. Complications and safety are different owing to the different methods. In this paper we introduce contrast and assessment of these two methods with the villus-aspirating tube designed by ourselves. The improvement of the main problems arising in the course of direct preparation of villus cell chromosomes has been illustrated, and the relative problems have been discussed. |
