摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿贝诺酯维生素B,颗粒中贝诺酯和维生素B。的含量。方法:采用Shim-packVP.ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.005mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液(50:50)(用磷酸调节pH至3.5),流速1ml·min-1,检测波长260am,柱温30℃。结果:贝诺酯在18.052~162.468mg·L-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=6);维生素B1在5.956~53.604mg·L-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD:2.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,准确,专属性好。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of benorilate and vitamin Bl in pediatric benorilate and vitamin B1 granules. Method: The Shim-pack VP-ODS( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0. 005 mol-L-1 heptane sulfonic acid sodium solution (50: 50, pH adjusted to 3.5 with phosphoric acid). The flow rate was 1.0 ml. min - 1 with a detector wavelength at 260 mn and column temperature was 30 ~C. Result: The linear range of benorilate was 18. 052-162. 468 mg.L-1 (r =0. 999 9 ,n =5) ,the average recovery was 100. 2% (RSD = 1.2% ,n =6) ;The linear range of vitamin B~ was 5. 956-53. 604 mg.L-1 ( r =0. 999 9 ,n = 5 ) ,the average recovery was 99.3% (RSD =2.1% ,n =6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and suitable.
