妊娠高血压综合征患者尿蛋白成分分析及临床意义

目的探讨尿蛋白成分检测对妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床意义。方法选取75例妊娠高血压患者作为研究组，并将研究组患者按病情轻重分为轻、中、重三组；随机选取来我院就诊的正常孕妇80例作为对照组，对两组孕妇检测24h尿蛋白定量及尿蛋白电泳，同时测量血压。结果研究组患者尿蛋白定量处于高水平状态，与对照组有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。研究组患者尿蛋白电泳成分呈多样化，并随病情严重程度的增加，大分子量蛋白比例有增高趋势。对照组孕妇尿蛋白定量水平低，电泳成分单一。结论尿蛋白成分分析对妊娠高血压患者的病情评估及预后有重要意义。

Research on Urinary Protein Induced Hypertension Composition Analysis of Pregnancy and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the detection of urinary protein composition in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension clinical significance.Metheds ？5 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients as the study group and study group patients according to severity into mild, moderate and severe groups; randomly selected to our hospital 80 cases of normal preg- nant women as a control group, two groups of pregnant women testing 24-hour urinary protein excretion and urine protein electrophoresis, simultaneous measurement of blood pressure.Re- sults Urinary protein excretion study group at a high level state, and the control group were significantly different （P〈0. 01 ）.Urine protein electrophoresis study group composition was varied, and with the severity of the disease increases, the proportion of high molecular weight proteins had an increasing tendency. Control group, the low level of maternal urine protein electrophoresis single component. Cenclusion Urinary protein composition analysis of patients with hypertension in pregnancy condition assessment and prognosis is important.
