护理干预对直肠癌Miles术后造口患者抑郁及应对能力的影响

目的探讨护理干预措施对直肠癌Miles术后患者抑郁状况及应对能力的影响。方法直肠癌Miles术后患者70例随机分为对照组和护理干预组，对照组实施常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上实施综合心理干预，分别于手术前和术后8d填写抑郁自评量表（SDS）和简易应对方式问卷，所有数据分析后录入计算机进行数据处理。结果干预后干预组积极应对评分明显升高（P〈0．05），SDS和消极应对评分明显降低（P〈0．05），两组患者干预后SDS、积极应对和消极应对评分比较差异明显（P〈0．05）。干预后除初次进食两组比较差异无统计学差异（P=0．08）外，其他康复指标评分比较均有显著性差异（P均〈0．01）。结论心理干预可有效缓解直肠癌Miles术后患者抑郁情绪，有助于帮助患者建立积极的应对方式，促进患者术后康复指标。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Depression and Handling of Patients with Colostomy after Miles Operation for Rectal Cancer

Objective to study the influence of nursing intervention on depression and handling of patients with colostomy after Miles operation for rectal cancer.Methods 70 cases with rectal cancer after Miles operation were randomly divided into control group and nursing intervention group.The control group was given routine care and the nursing intervention group accepted the comprehensive psychological intervention besides the routine care. The two groups filled the self rating Depression Scale （SDS） and simple handling questionnaire respectively before operation and 8 days after operation, the data were pulled into computer after analysis for data processing.Resculs After intervention, the score of positive handling was significantly increased （P 〈0.05） and the SDS and negative handling score was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. The scores of positive and negative handling in the two groups had no great difference （P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the difference between the two groups showed no significant difference for the first meal（P=0.08）, but other index scores for rehabilitation were significantly different （P〈0.01） .Cenclesiens The psychological intervention can effectively relieve depression of patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation, help patients develop a positive handling depression and promote the postoperative recovery index.
