无创呼吸机在有创通气治疗脱机中的应用观察

目的探讨无创呼吸机在有创通气治疗脱机中的应用。方法将25例患者分为治疗组(11例)和对照组(14例),治疗组在序贯脱机过程中,采取先给予无创呼吸机治疗,再拔管。对照组在脱机过程中使用常规脱机顺序,即先拔管,再给予无创呼吸机通气治疗。结果两组脱机成功率、无创呼吸机使用时间、拔管后血气分析结果均有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论采用先给予无创呼吸机通气,再拔管的方法,可以提高有创通气治疗的脱机成功率。

Observation of application of noninvasive ventilator in weaning invasive mechanical ventilation

Objective In order to study how to use noninvasive ventilator in weaning invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods All 25 patients were divided into two groups,one including 14 patients as the controls,and the other including 11 patients as the experimental group.The experimental group used sequential weaning mechanical ventilation order,by which,mechanical ventilation was given first,followed by setting aside catheter.The control group used normal weaning mechanical ventilation order,by which,setting aside catheter was used first,followed by the treatment of noninvasive ventilation.The experimental group used sequential weaning mechanical ventilation order witch is treating by mechanical ventilation first,then setting aside catheter.Result Success rate of weaning invasive ventilation,the time of using noninvasive ventilation and result of blood gas analyze after setting aside catheter between two groups had remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the way of invasive ventilation first,then setting aside catheter could rise up success rate in weaning invasive mechanical ventilation.
