妊娠合并梅毒早期治疗的临床意义

目的：探讨妊娠合并梅毒患者早期治疗与妊娠结局的关系。方法：对我院2000年1月至2005年1月间，妊娠合并梅毒患者进行回顾性调查分析，将早期发现早期治疗的妊娠合并梅毒患者分为治疗组，孕20周后发现梅毒及发现后未治疗者为未治疗组。结果：5年期间我院分娩总数12305例，接受梅毒筛查6435例，妊娠合并梅毒56例，发生率8．7‰。治疗组围产儿死亡率为13．5％，先天梅毒为18．2%，未治疗组围产儿死亡率为80．8％，先天梅毒为63．6％。结论：妊娠合并梅毒患者由于症状及体征不明显。容易误诊，因此，孕期常规梅毒筛查特别重要，早期规范的青霉素治疗，能明显降低围产儿死亡率及先天梅毒的发生。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE IN EARLY TREATMENT OF SYPHILIS IN PREGNANT WOMEN

Objective:To investigate the relationship between early treatment of syphilis in pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:Data of patients of syphilis in pregnant period during 2000.1 to 2005.1 was collected for retrospective analysis.pregnant women with syphilis were divided into treated group(received penicillin anti-syphilis treatment before 20w) and untreated group.Results: The total number of deliveries was 12305,and 56 of 6435 women who recieved screening were syphilis positive,incidence was 8.7/1000.The perinatal mortality rates were 13.5%in treated group and 80.8% in untreated group with incidences of congenital syphilis were 18.2%and 63.6% respectively.Conclusion:pregnant women of syphilis is prone to be misdiagnosed because of her slight symptom,so it is especially important to screen syphilis regularly among high risk pregnant women.Early,standard treatment during pregnancy is the premise for lowing down perinatal mortality rates and preventing congenital syphilis.
