摘    要:目的探讨一种基于免疫层析法和荧光PCR DNA定性检测技术的肺结核多重诊断模式。方法以208例疑似结核患者为研究对象,采用免疫层析法检测其血清特异性抗结核抗体,同时采用荧光PCR方法检测其痰液中结核分枝杆菌DNA,并将两种方法的检测结果进行比较。结果免疫层析法检测结果显示,16份血清标本呈阳性,阳性率为7.7%;荧光PCR方法检测结果显示,14份痰液标本呈阳性,阳性率为6.7%。两种检测方法协同诊断率为100.0%。结论结核分枝杆菌免疫层析法和荧光PCR法相结合的实验室诊断模式有助于肺结核的快速诊断和传染风险性评估。

A study of combined detection method for Mycobacterium tuberculosis with immune chromatography and fluorescence PCR

Abstract:Objective To investigate a multi-diagnostic model for Mycobacterium tuberculosis based on immune chromatography and fluorescence PCR DNA qualitative detection technology. Methods 208 samples were detected by immune chromatography for specific anti-TB antibodies of serum and fluorescent PCR method for sputum. Results The 16 serum samples of the test results using immune chromatography were positive, with a positive rate of 7.7%; the 14 sputum samples of the test results using fluorescent PCR were positive, with a positive rate of 6.7%. The Collaborative diagnosis rate of the two detection methods was 100.0%. Conclusion The diagnostic laboratory Combination mode for Mycobacterium tuberculosis using immune chromatography and fluorescence PCR can quickly diagnose and assess the risk of tuberculosis infection.
