广西玉林市非结核病防治机构网络报告肺结核患者转诊与追踪情况分析

目的分析玉林市2005-2012年非结防机构网络直报肺结核患者转诊、追踪及到位后活动性与涂阳肺结核检出情况及对发现活动性/涂阳患者的贡献率,为进一步做好该项工作提供科学依据。方法对玉林市网络报告患者转诊追踪工作相关数据进行分析。结果玉林市非结核防治机构网络直报肺结核及疑似患者转诊到位率、追踪到位率及总体到位率呈逐年上升趋势(P0.001);到位后活动性肺结核及涂阳肺结核检出率分别为59.01%(16 725/28 345)和25.87%(7 333/28 345),未到位患者未到位原因主要是外出,非结核防治机构对发现活动性和涂阳肺结核患者的贡献率为53.13%和50.47%。结论玉林市肺结核及疑似患者报告、转诊和追踪工作取得显著成效。

Analysis of the network reports for the referral and tracing of tuberculosis patients of the non-TB prevention and control institutions in Yulin city,Guangxi

Objective To analyze the referral,tracking and the diagnosis of active TB with positive smear test of the tuberculosis patients of the non-TB prevention and control institutions in Yulin city from 2005-2012,and study the contribution of these institutions for the finding of patients with active TB, and provide scientific basis for the further prevention and control of TB. Method The data of patient referral and tracking of the network reports of Yulin city was analyzed. Results In Yulin city, the rate of direct report and refereal of suspected TB patients, the tracking rate and the overall rate were increasing year by year（P〈0.001）. For the success referral cases, the detection rates of active TB and smear-positive TB were 59.01% and 25.87% ,respectively.Fail referral cases were due to travel of the patients. The contribution from the non-TB prevention and contral institutes to the finding of active TB and smear-positive TB were 53.13% and 50.47%, respectively. Conclusion In Yulin city, the report, referral and follow-up work of patients with tuberculosis and suspected TB has made significant achievements.
