神经内科下呼吸道感染的危险因素

目的:分析神经内科下呼吸道院内感染危险因素。方法:选取神经内科下呼吸道院内感染84例为感染组,与对照组100例未发生下呼吸道感染的神经内科住院患者对照。分析年龄、性别、住院时间、基础疾病和侵入性操作对下呼吸道感染的影响。结果:感染组的住院时间、年龄、基础疾病和侵入性操作的病例数明显高于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:住院时间、年龄、基础疾病和侵入性操作为神经内科下呼吸道感染的危险因素。

Risk factors of lower respiratory infection in department of neurology

Objective： To analyze the risk factors of lower respiratory infection in department of neurology. Methods： There were 84 patients with lower respiratory infection in department of neurology included in the present study as infection group, which was controlled with controlled group （100 patients） without lower respiratory infection. The influences of age, gender, length of stay, basic diseases and invasive operation on lower respiratory infection were analyzed. Results： The age, length of stay, basic diseases and invasive operation in infection group were more serious than that of controlled group （P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The age, length of stay, basic diseases and invasive operation are the risk factors of lower respiratory infection in department of neurology.
