芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,对照组常规应用血管转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂等,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,疗程8周。观察Lee氏心力衰竭积分、左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆NT-proBNP水平及肝肾功、电解质。结果两组治疗后Lee氏心力衰竭积分、左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆NT-proBNP水平均明显改善(P<0.01),但治疗组患者治疗后的改善更明显,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,可以更有效地改善患者心功能,缓解临床症状,且安全性较好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsules in patients with chronic heart failure. Method 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group routine application of vascular converting enzyme inhibitors, beta-blockers, diuretics, such as the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Qiliqiangxin capsules, course of 8 weeks. Observation of Lee's integral heart failure, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), plasma NT-proBNP levels and liver and kidney function, electrolyte. Results Lee's heart failure in the two groups after treatment of integral, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), plasma NT-proBNP levels were significantly improved (P〈0.01), but the treatment group improved more obviously after treatment, is better than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Qiliqiangxin capsules combined conventional western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure patients, can more effectively improves cardiac function in patients, relieve the clinical symptoms, and good security.
