广西60多年来防治疟疾的措施和效果评价

目的分析总结广西疟疾流行情况,评价防治措施和效果,为消除疟疾提供依据。方法收集1950-2011年疟疾发病情况、调查数据、防治疟疾措施和效果资料进行统计分析。结果经过综合防治,疟疾发病率从1954年296.67/万下降至1987-1999年1/万以下,2000-2011年降至1/10万以下;疟原虫阳性率从1954年18.93%(3 490/18 433)下降至2010年和2011年的0(0/282 714和0/217 185)。2003-2011年,全自治区未发现本地感染恶性疟。结论广西基本消除疟疾,加强输入性疟疾监测管理是巩固成果的重要措施。

Appraisal of the effect and measures on control malaria for sixty years in Guangxi

Objective To analyze malaria prevalent situation in Guangxi, appraisal of the control effeet, and provide basis for making measures of malaria surveillanee. Method The data of malaria morbidity situation were collected in Guangxi from 1950 to 2011, and analyzed of the control effect and measures. Results After comprehensive prevention and control of the disease,malaria morbidity rate dropped from 296.67/10 000 in 1954 to below 1/10 000 in 1987 to 1999,and 1/100 000 in 2000 to 2011. Plasmodium positive rate came down from 18.93% in 1954（3 490/18 433） to per-year average zero in 2010 （0/217 185） and in 2011 （0/282 714）.None of the local malaria infected by P.faleiparum eases has been found throughout Guangxi province from 2003 to 2011.Conclusions Malaria eases have been eliminated basically in Guangxi. To strengthen the management of the imported malaria eases is the important measures of controlling the spread of malaria.
