襄阳市男男同性恋艾滋病阳性病例研究

目的通过对襄阳市男男同性恋(MSM)艾滋病感染者进行分析,了解襄阳市男男同性恋者艾滋病流行现状,为艾滋病防控提供一定的科学依据。方法对襄阳市2007-2012年发现的127例感染者的流行病学资料进行统计分析。结果自2007年以来,襄阳市发现男男同性恋艾滋病感染者逐年增加,由4例上升至44例,比例从4.21%上升至24.30%。15~30岁及60~80岁的感染者中MSM比例较高,15~60岁感染者中MSM比例呈下降趋势。通过检测咨询和专题调查检出比例达47.24%和20.47%。127例男男同性恋感染者中,有配偶者占22.05%,配偶感染比例为10.71%。性伴人数以2~5人者最多,占49.61%。结论男男同性恋是艾滋病感染的高危人群,是目前艾滋病传播的重要途径之一,应加强检测力度。

Research of MSM with HIV in Xiangyang city

Objective Epidemic status was studied by analysing men who have sex with men （MSM） infected with HIV in Xiangyang city,which may provided certain scientific basis for AIDS prevention and treatment. Method 127 cases of HIV patients in Xiangyang in 2007-2012 were statistically analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results Since 2007, MSM infected HIV has been found increasing year by year from 4 to 44 case,and the ratio rose from 4.21% to 24.30%.HIV patients of 15-30 and 60-80 age groups had higher percentage of MSM then other age groups.The rate of MSM in HIV/AIDS patients between 15-60 years old showed a descenting trend.The detection rates of HIV patients through diagnosis and consulting, and project survey were 47.24% and 20.47%, respectively. Among these 127 cases 22.05% had spouse, and the spouse infection rate was 10.71%.Paitents with 2 to 5 sexual partners was 49.61%,which was the most. Conclusion MSM has a high risk of AIDS, and was the main group transmitting HIV. Detection of HIV infection should be strengthened.
