清城区2009-2013年适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率调查

目的了解清城区2009-2013年适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗接种情况变化趋势,为今后常规免疫工作提供参考。方法采用容量比例概率抽样方法(PPS法),每年在全区范围内随机抽取30个村(居)委,对每个村(居)委进村入户随机调查7名适龄儿童进行接种率调查。收集清城区2009-2013年适龄儿童免疫接种率调查资料并进行分析。结果清城区适龄儿童BCG、HepB、OPV、DPT、MV单苗年均基础免疫合格接种率达95%以上,年均"六苗"全程接种率达90%以上,各年度建卡率、建证率均达100%,卡证符合率均达95%以上,年均BCG疤痕率97.34%,年均HepB首针及时率89.04%;DPT、MV、JEV加强免疫接种率和HepA、A群MPV接种率呈逐年升高态势,前三者年均合格接种率达90%以上,后两者则未达90%。结论清城区适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗基础免疫接种工作较扎实,但仍需加强MV、JEV基础免疫和DPT、MV加强免疫接种工作。

Survey on the immune planning vaccination rates of school-age children in Qingcheng district during 2009-2013

Objective To clarify the vaccination trend of Expanded Programme on Immunization among school-age children in Qingcheng district during 2009-2013, in order to guide future immunization program. Methods Through cluster survey （PPS）, 30 village （house） committeesper district were randomly selected for the study in each year. 7 school-age children were selected randomly in each village （house）.School-age children immunization coverage survey data was collected from 2009 to 2013. Results BCG, HepB, OPV, DPT and MV single vaccination rate of school-age children in Qingcheng district reached 95% and the annual coverage rate of full course immunization for six vaccines was more than 90%. The annual rates of setting the vaccination card and vaccination record were both reached 100%; fulfillment for both card and recordwas more than 95% ; annual rate of BCG vaccination was 97.34% ; annum rate of first vaccination of HepB was 89.04% per year. DPT and MV, JEV strengthen immunization coverage rate, HepA, and MPV coverage rates were increasing year by year; the annual coverage rates for DPT and MV, JEV strengthen immunization were more than 90%; the annum coverage rates of HepA and MPV were below 90%. Conclusion The immunization rates of school-age children in Qingcheng district in general were high, however it still has to strengthen the immunization of MV, JEV and the booster of DPT and MV.
