| 摘 要： | 目的:分析神经外科院内感染的发病率。方法:回顾性分析神经外科住院患者的病历资料,记录和统计原发疾病、院内感染的部位和手术方式。结果:1192例神经外科住院病人院内感染189例,感染率为16.26%。神经外科院内感染以呼吸道感染为主,特别是下呼吸道感染(49.74%)。结论:神经外科患者为医院感染的高危人群,特别是呼吸道感染。因此,重视院内感染的预防和治疗对神经外科患者的愈后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the incidence of nosocomial infection in department of neurosurgery. Methods： The data of inpatients in department of neurosurgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were 189 patients with nosocomial infection among 1192 patients. The incidence was 16.26%. The respiratory tract infection was most common, especially the low respiratory tract infection. Conclusion： The patients in department of neurosurgery are high-risk group of people of nosocomial infection, so it is important for patients in department of neurosurgery to prevent and treat nosocomial infection. |
