广州市2000-2010年男男性行为人群艾滋病流行状况分析

目的掌握广州市男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病流行特征和趋势,为制定与落实防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对广州市2000-2010年艾滋病病例报告、血清学横断面调查、新发感染率队列研究和疫情估计等数据进行综合整理分析。结果广州市2000年报告首例MSM病例,至2010年共报告526例,其中2008-2010年报告数占92.2%。2010年血清学监测MSM人群的HIV感染率为7.4%,较2006年的1.3%显著增加。2009-2010年MSM队列研究HIV发病密度为3.2/100人年。2009年疫情估计广州市MSM规模约34 810~61 616人,存活的MSM感染者约有1 666人。结论广州市2000-2010年MSM人群艾滋病感染人数呈逐年增加的趋势,但发现比例较小,亟需加强该人群的动员检测工作力度,提高病例发现率,并加强病例管理,阻断二代传播。

Analysis of HIV prevalence among men who have sex with men in Guangzhou from 2000 to 2010

Objective To understand the trend and characteristics of HIV prevalence among men who have sex with men （MSM） and to provide evidence for developing policies and measures for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Method Data from HIV/AIDS case report, serological cross-sectional survey,incidence cohort, molecular biology survey, and epidemic estimation among MSM in Guangzhou from 2000 to 2010, were collected and analyzed. Results The first MSM case was reported in 2000.The number of reported HIV/AIDS cases among MSM had grown up and the proportion of MSM case was increased obviously by year since 2008. The prevalence of HIV among MSM was on the rise from 2003 to 2010,and the incidence rate of HIV was 3.2 per 100 person-year in the cohort study.Drug-resistant strains were detected from serum samples of infected MSM.The estimated number of infected MSM in Guangzhou was about 1 666. Conchmion There is a rapid increase epidemic of HIV/AIDS among MSM from 2000 to 2010 in Guangzhou.Voluntary counseling and testing, and positive prevention should be enhanced to detect infected people and to reduce secondary transmission.
