贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床分析

目的评价贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值。方法选取我院2012年6月至2013年8月高血压合并冠心病患者64例,随机分组:1对照组32例,仅服用贝那普利;2治疗组32例在对照组的基础上,再服用阿伐他汀钙片。一个同期为14 d,1个疗程有四个同期。过程中记录并观察心绞痛及不良事件发生率,结束后观察疗效。结果对照组和治疗组患者治疗后的血压相较于治疗前均有显著下降,而治疗组疗效比对照组更显著,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利安和阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,不但能够很好地控制血压,还能够显著的缓解心绞痛,改善冠心病预后。

The Clinical Analysis on the Benazepril Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet for the Treatment of Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

ObjectiveTo evaluate benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet treatment of high blood pressure, combined the clinical value of coronary artery disease.MethodsFrom June 2012 to August 2013, 64 cases of hypertension with coronary heart disease patients, random grouping：①the control group, 32 cases of only taking benazepril;②treatment group and 32 cases in control group, on the basis of taking a atorvastatin calcium tablet. A period of 14 days, 1 treatment course has four over the same period. Record and observation is in the process of angina pectoris and the incidence of adverse events, after the treatment.ResultsControl group and treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment had a signiifcant reduction in blood pressure, and are more signiifcant effect in treatment group than the control group, the difference had statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease, not only can effectively control the blood pressure, also can signiifcantly relieve angina pectoris, improve the prognosis of coronary heart disease （CHD）.
