中西医结合治疗排卵障碍不孕临床观察

将排卵障碍所致的无排卵性不孕70例患者随机分为治疗组、中药组、西药组。治疗组采用中医辨证加西药克罗米芬治疗，中药组单纯用中药，西药组用克罗米芬治疗。观察3组基础体温的双相曲线和B超监测卵泡的变化，同时对中药组治疗前后进行血清性激素的测定比较。结果：治疗组治愈及总有效率明显高于中药组及西药组（P〈0．05），治疗组的排卵率与中药组、西药组也有明显差异（P〈0．05）。中西医结合治疗排卵障碍所致的不孕疗效明显优于单纯用中药及西药组。

Clinical Observation of Integrative Chinese & Western Medicine in Treating Ovulatory Infertility

To observe the therupeutical effect of sterility caused by anovulation with combination of western medicine and traditional chinese medicine.Methods:Divide the non-ovulatory sterility,82 examples,into 3 groups:therupeutical group,traditional chinese medicine group,western medicine group.And the therupeutical group is treated with traditional chinese medicine and western medicine,with the consideration of both menstruate period and diagnosis and treatment in tradictional chinese medicine.The other two groups are treated with unique traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.then we watch the bi-phase curve of basic temperature,the variation of hormone and monitor the ovum by ultra-sonic B.Results:Therupeutical group can obviously raise the level of estrogen,promote the development of ovum and flavon than the other two groups.The curing rate and total effective rate of therupeutical group is higher than the traditional chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of therupeutical group is different from the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effection of therapy of sterility caused by anovulation with combination of western medicine and traditional chinese medicine is distinct higher than the traditional chinese medicine group and western medicine group.
