| 摘 要： | 目的观察雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗返流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法68例返流性食管炎患者采用随机方法分成两组,每组34例;Ⅰ组应用雷贝拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利;Ⅱ组单用雷贝拉唑,评价其临床疗效。结果68例返流性食管炎患者完成4周治疗,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组症状缓解总有效率分别为94.1%（32/34）,70.6%（24/34）;Ⅰ组总有效率优于Ⅱ组（P〈0.05）。内镜下缓解情况,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组有效率分别为90%（18/20）、53.3%（8/15）;Ⅰ组有效率优于Ⅱ组（P〈0.05）。结论雷贝拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗返流性食管炎临床改善迅速,临床疗效优于单用雷贝拉唑。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the efficacy of rabeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis （RE）. Methods 68 cases of RE was randomized to 2 groups ： group Ⅰ ,group Ⅱ with 34 cases in each group. Groups Ⅰ were treated with rabeprazole and mosapride;groups Ⅱ were treated with rabeprazole single. Results 68 cases of RE were treated for 4 weeks. The total effective rate were 94. 1% （32/34） ,70. 6% （24/34）. Group Ⅰ was higher than group Ⅱ（ P〈0. 05 ）. The healing rate of esophageal mucosal lesion in group Ⅰ was higher than that of group Ⅱ（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of rabeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of RE is better than that of rabeprazole single. |
