急性下肢深静脉血栓的超声诊断

目的：应用彩色多普勒超声观察急性下肢深静脉血栓的声像图及血流动力学变化特点。方法：应用超声检测61例66条拟诊为急性下肢深静脉血栓的患者，观察静脉管径、管壁回声、管腔内回声、血栓形成的范围、血流情况。结果：61例急性血栓患者初诊时血管管径患侧较健侧明显增宽（P〈0．01），血栓呈低回声，完全阻塞者管腔内未见彩色血流显示，彩色血流出现突然中断现象；不完全阻塞者管腔内可见充盈缺损，脉冲多普勒于不完全阻塞处探及连续性低速血流频谱，多普勒频谱随呼吸而变化较弱或不随呼吸而变化。结论：急性下肢深静脉血栓的声像图及血流动力学具有其特点，据此可为临床提供更可靠的信息。

Ultrasonography diagnosis of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities

Objective To observe the ultrasonic images and the hemodynamic changing features of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with CDFI. Methods Sixty-one patients suspected as acute deep venous thrombosis were examined with CDFI to observe the venous diameter, echoes, and thromboplastic scopes blood flow.Results The vascular diameter in 61 patients became clearly wider than the normal one(P<0.01). The color blood flow could not be observed in vascular cavity being partly blocked. The pulsing Doppler detected successive blood flow spectrum with low velocity at the segment being thrombosis partly, which changed a little with respiration. Conclusion The ultrasonic imaging and hemodynamic changing have characteristics in acute deep venous thrombosis, which provides more important information for clinic.
