Colloid carcinoma arising in an anal fistula: case report with a brief review of the literature.

Malignant change in an anal fistula is an extremely rare but an important and dangerous complication. Less than 75 cases have been described in the English and Scandinavian literature. We now report a case of colloid carcinoma arising in an anal fistula because of its rarity and other interesting features.
