| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨百令胶囊治疗慢性马兜铃酸肾病(CAAN)的疗效。方法:治疗组15例CAAN患者,用百令胶囊治疗,治疗效果与用泼尼松治疗组(对照组)12例比较。结果:治疗组治疗后血SCr、Ccr较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);对照组治疗后SCr较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);对照组Ccr低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论:用百令胶囊能够明显延缓CAAN患者肾功能进行性减退;泼尼松不能够控制CAAN患者肾功能进行性减退。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of corbrin capsule in the treatment of chronic aristolochic acid nephropathy (CAAN).Method:The treated group was treated with corbrin capsule in 15 patients with CAAN.The therapeutic effect was compared with that of the controlled group treated with prednisone.Result:There was a notable increased of SCr and decreased of Ccr after the treatment in the prednisone group(P<0.05);but in the treated group ,there was not any notable differences of Scr before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Corbrin capsule can markedly retard the deterioration of renal function of the patients with CAAN,but prednisone can not. |
