心跳感知研究进展

已有研究表明，情绪和意识等心理活动与感受身体内部生理活动的内感受器密切相关，这种内感知活动的神经调控和反馈机制尚不十分清楚。心脏是我们身体最重要的内脏器官，心脏的感知较其它内脏器官的感知更容易测量，使其成为内感受研究中最深入的一个方面。对心跳感知的评价方法、研究手段、研究现状和存在的难点等进行综述。

Recent development of heartbeat perception

Physiological feedbacks from body and its perception (interoception) have played important roles in emotional and conscious experiences, but little is known about the cortical and subcortical structures involved in interoceptive processes. Heart is the most important visceral organ and cardiac perception is more palpable than others. Therefore, most of the studies about interoception focus on cardiac perception. The evaluation and methodology of cardiac perception are introduced and also its recent progress and possible difficulties are reviewed in this paper.
