膝关节三自由度运动的测试分析

摘    要:本文采用电测角器接触式测量方法,对30例男、女青年常速步行、平地跑步、上下楼梯时的三个运动角度进行了测试和分析。试验结果表明: 1.屈伸角与受试者的身高成正比,而内收外展角和内旋外旋角则与身高无明显联系。 2.在常速步行和平地跑步时,男性膝关节的屈伸角与女性的有显著差异,上下楼梯时,两性间运动角度无明显差异。 3.正常人运动时,左右膝关节运动角度值基本相同。 4.不同人的膝关节的角度—时间曲线各不相同,动作周期各异,同一膝关节,其角度一时间曲线基本相同。

Abstract:Three-dimensional angular motion of human knee in performing normal daily activities was measured with electrogoniometer. The results indicated that (1) the taller the individual, the bigger the flexion-extension angle; (2) knee motion in men differed from that in women only in walking and running, less flexion-extension occurred in women; (3) motion in the right and left knees was the same in men as a group but might differ between individuals; (4) the cycle time in performing normal activities of daily life was different among individuals but a similar sequence or patterns of motion occurred in all normal knees.
