| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CTOP方案治疗初治的老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者的疗效，缓解率、不良反应，T—cell淋巴瘤的有效率。方法将64例老年NHL，随机等分为A、B两组，A组：CTOP方案（环磷酰胺＋吡柔比星＋长春新碱＋强的松），B组：CHOP方案以同等剂量的阿霉素（ADM）取代THP，余同A组。完成4周期后，根据病情放疗或加用博来霉素化疗。结果两组有效率、化疗毒副作用及两组2年生存率均相近。结论CTOP方案适合老年NHL的治疗尚待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic and adverse effects of CTOP and CHOP on senior patients with NHL. Method 64 senior patients with NHL were randomly divided into two groups, including group A and group B. Group A was treated with CTOP（CPA＋THP＋ Vincristine＋ Prednisone） and group B with CHOP（CPA＋ ADM ＋ Vincristine＋ Prednisone）. Result The effect, side effect and survival rate of two years in group A and group B were not different from each other. Conclusion It needs more studies to document that CTOP is suitable for senior patients with NHL. |
