原子吸收测定五种元素方法的改进

目的：探讨改进法与传统方法测定全血中铜（Cu)、锌（Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁（Mg)、铁（Fe)含量结果的一致性和优越性。方法：分别以传统消化法、单通道法和五通道法测定同一对象静脉血和指血中五种元素的含量，比较同一方法测定静脉血和指血中各元素的含量；比较不同方法测定各元素的含量。计量资料用配对计量资料t检验和F检验处理，计数资料用配对计数资料χ^2检验和χ^2检验处理。结果：单通道法和五通道法测定同一对象的静脉血和指血，其各元素含量及各元素缺乏检出率均相近（P均＞0．05）。以消化法测定静脉血，以单通道法、五通道法测定指血，其各元素含量及各元素缺乏检出率均相近（P均＞0．05）。以单通道法和五通道法测定指血，其各元素含量及各元素缺乏检出率均相近（P均＞0．05）。结论：改进法在测定五种元素含量时，与传统消化法的测定结果一致。且具有易接受、简便、快速、准确、污染少等优越性。

The Improvement of Determination in Five Elements by Atomic Absorption

To explore the consistent and advantage about improvement and tradition in detecting five elements of copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg) and ferrous(Fe). To detect the concentration of five elements in blood of venous and finger by Xiao Hua Fa, Dan Tong Dao Fa and Wu Tong Dao Fa. There is no difference in the contents of five elements between the venous and finger by Dan Tong Dao Fa or Wu Tong Dao Fa(P>0.05).There is no difference among various methods(P>0.05). [Conclusions] There is accordance in testing the contents of five elements by difference methods. And the new one has excellent of accessible, simple, rapid , accurate and no pollution.
