延续性护理模式在经皮左心耳封堵术患者中的应用效果评价

目的探讨经皮左心耳封堵术患者出院后应用延续性护理模式的效果评价。方法选取2018年2月至2019年1月我院收治的120例经皮左心耳封堵术治疗心房颤动出院后的患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组按常规护理模式,试验组在常规护理基础上增加延续性护理模式,比较两组患者的服药依从性、按时复诊率以及设备相关血栓率、再入院率。结果试验组患者服药依从率、按时复诊率均高于对照组(P<0.05),再入院率、设备相关血栓事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮左心耳封堵术患者出院后应用延续性护理模式能有效提高患者服药依从率和按时复诊率,降低再入院率以及减少术后设备相关血栓并发症的发生,保障患者的安全。

Evaluation of the application effect of continuous nursing mode in patients undergoing percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion

Objective To explore the evaluation of continuous nursing mode in patients after percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion.Methods From February 2018 to January 2019,120 discharged patients with atrial fibrillation treated by percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was intervened according to routine nursing mode while the experimental group was added with continuous nursing mode besides routine nursing.The medication compliance,timely follow-up rate,equipment-related thrombosis rate and readmission rate were compared between the two groups.Results The drug compliance rate and timely return visit rate of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)while the readmission rate and the incidence of equipment-related thrombus events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing mode in patients after percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion can effectively improve the drug compliance rate and timely follow-up rate and reduce the readmission rate and the incidence of postoperative equipment-related thrombosis complications to ensure the safety of the patients.
