基于Web of Science文献计量分析的宁夏枸杞研究现状和发展态势

目的 全面、科学地厘清和反映宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum研究领域的发展进程、研究近况和研究趋势，为学科发展战略和未来研究拓展提供可靠的参考和借鉴。方法 利用Web of Science数据库，检索宁夏枸杞相关文献，从论文整体产出概况、研究主体、高被引论文、研究主题与研究热点等维度，利用VOSviewer和Citespace软件进行文献计量分析，绘制可视化知识图谱。结果 经过筛选纳入2153篇有效文献，发文量整体呈上升趋势，目前处于快速发展阶段，我国在本研究领域处于核心地位；苏国辉、曹友龙和余建强团队是宁夏枸杞研究领域发文量最多的作者团队。宁夏枸杞已经形成了多元化的研究视角，在资源和种植、活性物质基础、药理活性研究和枸杞多糖相关领域获得了大量的研究积累。结论 宁夏枸杞研究目前处于快速发展阶段，研究领域内各机构和团队间的交流合作有待加强。宁夏枸杞的道地性特征尚未得到系统阐明，药材品质相关物质基础和质量控制研究体系尚不完善，非果实部位的研究开发较为薄弱，是目前宁夏枸杞研究的限制性因素。

Research status and development trend of Lycium barbarum based on bibliometric analysis of Web of Science

Objective To scientifically and comprehensively clarify and reflect the development process, research status and research trend of research field of Lycium barbarum, and to provide reliable reference for the development strategy and the future research. Methods The literatures of L. barbarum were retrieved from Web of Science database. The overall output profile, research subjects, highly cited papers, research topics and research hotspots of literatures in the re search field of L. barbarum were analyzed and visualized by VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. Results A total of 2153 effective literatures were included after screening. The overall number of literatures showed an upward trend. The research is in the sta ge of rapid development, and China is in the core position in this research field. Guo-hui Su, You-long Cao and Jian-qiang Yu teams contributed the largest number of papers in the research field. A diversified research perspective on L. barbarum has formed, and a large amount of accumulation in the fields of resources and planting, active substance basis, pharmacological activitie s and L. barbarum polysaccharide has gained. Conclusion The research field of L. barbarum is in the stage of rapid development but the exchanges and cooperation between institutions and research teams in the field need to be strengthened. The main restrictive factors included:the authentic characteristics of L. barbarum have not been systematically clarified; the material basis and quality control system related to the quality of medicinal materials are not yet perfect; research on non -fruit parts is relatively weak.
