血浆致动脉硬化指数对颈动脉支架内再狭窄的预测价值

目的探讨血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)对颈动脉支架内再狭窄(ISR)的预测价值。方法回顾性纳入2017年3月至2019年12月在四川省人民医院接受颈动脉支架置入术(CAS)患者。根据颈动脉数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果将患者分为再狭窄组和非再狭窄组,比较两组间AIP及血脂水平差异。分析颈动脉ISR的独立危险因素及AIP对颈动脉ISR的预测价值。结果共纳入266例患者,其中再狭窄组35例,非再狭窄组231例,再狭窄组AIP值高于非再狭窄组(P<0.05);AIP与ISR独立相关(OR=3.850,95%CI1.095~13.539);AIP为0.13时对颈动脉ISR预测价值最高,敏感性为81.0%,特异性44.2%。结论AIP是颈动脉ISR的独立危险因素,对于预测颈动脉ISR有一定临床价值。

The predictive value of arteriosclerosis index plasma for carotid artery in-stent restenosis

Objective To investigate the predictive value of arteriosclerosis index plasma(AIP)for carotid artery in-stent restenosis(ISR).Methods Patients with carotid artery stenting(CAS)in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to digital subtraction angiography(DSA)results,the patients were divided into ISR group and non-ISR group.AIP and lipid levels were compared between the two groups.The risk factors for ISR and the AIP predictive value on carotid artery ISR were analyzed.Results A total of 266 patients were included.Of the patients,35 were ISR and 231 were non ISR.The AIP value in the ISR group was higher than that of the non-ISR group(P<0.05).AIP was independently associated with ISR.ROC curve analysis showed that the cut off value of AIP is 0.13,the sensitivity was 81.0%and the specificity was 44.2%.Conclusion AIP is not only an independent risk factor for carotid artery ISR,but also has a clinical value for predicting carotid artery ISR.
