河南省青少年网络使用及网络成瘾状况的流行病学研究

目的了解河南省青少年网络使用情况及其有关因素,探讨青少年网络成瘾行为,为指导青少年戒除网瘾、培养正确合理的网络行为提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法,应用“中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷”,对河南省23 388名大、中学生进行问卷调查。结果河南省青少年的总上网报告率为70.6%,男生上网率（77.8%）明显高于女生（63.6%）;网络成瘾倾向报告率为12.1%,男生（18.1%）明显高于女生（6.2%）;网络成瘾报告率为2.2%,男生（3.5%）明显高于女生（0.9%）;学生上网的主要目的为聊天、多媒体娱乐、玩游戏等。结论河南省青少年网络使用已非常普遍,网络成瘾行为逐步成为影响青少年健康成长的社会问题,家庭、学校、社会应共同关注青少年网络使用情况,对网络成瘾等不良行为采取有效干预措施,引导学生正确合理地利用互联网,促进青少年健康成长。

Epidemiological Study on Internet Use Behavior Among the Adolescent in Henan Province

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of internet use and internet addiction disorder(IAD) among the adolescent,and provide evidence for prevention measures.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for investigation of internet use and addiction among 23388 adolescent from Henan province by using stratified and cluster sampling method.Results The net surfing rate of adolescent was 70.6 %.The net surfing rate of male students(77.8 %) was significantly higher than the female(63.6 %,P<0.01).The tendency IAD rate was 12.1 %,and it was 18.1 % for male and 6.2 % for female(P<0.01).The IAD rate was 2.2 %,and it was 3.5 % for male and 0.9 % for female(P<0.01).The main intentions of net surfing were chatting,amusement and playing game,etc.Conclusion The prevalence rate of net surfing is high in adolescent.IAD has affects on mental health and learning of adolescent.Family,school and society should collaborate to prevent and control IAD.
