| 摘 要： | 目的:建立复方五仁醇胶囊HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Lichrosphere C18色谱柱,水-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m.lmin-1,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm。结果:对10个批号的样品进行了测定,标出26个共有峰,并通过对照品比对鉴定出其中6个成分。结论:该法准确、可靠,可用于复方五仁醇胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of compound Wurenchun capsules by HPLC.Methods:Lichrosphere C_18 column was used,with mixtures of water and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results:Ten batches of samples have been determined and 26 common peaks of chromatogram have been detected,six of them were identified by comparing fingerprint chromatogram with control compounds.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and can be used for quality control of compound Wurenchun capsules. |
