| Abstract: | The methods for the preparation and characterization of polymeric hollow nanospheres and the application in pharmacy as a drug-carrier system thereof were summarized. Polymeric hollow nanospheres used as a drug delivery system have many advantages, such as improving drug-carrying capacity, drug-bioavailability and system-stability in addition to targeting and controlled and sustained release property. |
