| 摘 要： | 目的:分析经椎间孔硬膜外激素注射治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄的疗效。方法:2007年4月~2009年1月共收治经临床证实的腰椎管狭窄症患者20例,均采用侧后路经椎间孔硬膜外激素注射治疗。分别于术前、术后1周和1个月时采用VAS评分及Oswestry评分评价患者手术前后腰痛缓解程度及活动改善程度。结果:20例均成功穿刺,无并发症发生。术后1周疼痛完全缓解15例(15/20),显著缓解5例(5/20),VAS评分术前平均(8.4±0.94)分,术后1周VAS评分平均(1.9±0.79)分,与术前比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:经椎间孔硬膜外激素注射治疗可有效缓解退变性腰椎管狭窄症导致的腰腿痛,改善患者的活动功能。
