| 摘 要： | 目的:研究大学生手机使用现状,探讨手机依赖(mobile phone dependence,MPD)特点及影响因素,为预防和早期干预手机依赖提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,以交往焦虑量表(IAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及手机使用问卷对800名大学生(男577人,女223人)进行匿名的流行病学现况调查。结果:800名大学生中,99.1%(793/800)拥有手机。大学生手机依赖率为17.0%(135/793),男女无差异。随着年级的增高,手机依赖率呈上升趋势(χ2=5.488,P=0.139),手机依赖者首选的功能依次是:发短信、打电话和上网。手机使用时间、使用年限等是手机依赖的危险因素。手机依赖者交往焦虑得分(42.17±8.738)高于非依赖者(P<0.001)。135名手机依赖者中24人(17.8%)有睡眠问题,高于非手机依赖者(9.4%),差异有明显统计学意义(χ2=8.088,P=0.004)。结论:大学生手机依赖率较高,手机依赖影响交往焦虑和睡眠质量,有效减少手机使用时间有助于预防手机依赖。
