PRDM1基因在喉癌组织中表达的研究及临床意义

目的以喉鳞状细胞癌组织为研究对象，探讨抑癌基因PRDM1对喉癌发生、发展的作用及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测38例喉癌组织及同期12例患者声带息肉组织中PRDM1蛋白的表达，对喉癌中PRDM1在不同原发部位、病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移的表达情况进行统计学分析。结果PRDM1在声带息肉中的阳性表达率（10／12，83．3％）明显高于喉癌组织中阳性表达率（17／38，44．7％），经分析其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。喉癌组织中PRDM1的阳性表达率与临床分期及颈部淋巴结转移有相关性（P〈0．05），与原发部位及病理分级无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论喉癌的发生与抑癌基因PRDM1的失活有关，因此PRDM1可能成为喉癌早期诊断、研究基因治疗及判断预后的重要靶基因。

Clinical significance of PRDM1 gene expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of the expression of PRDM1 gene in the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC）. Methods The expression of PRDM1 was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 38 cases of LSCC and 12 cases of vocal cord polyp, and the expression of PRDM1 was analyzed in LSCC with different primary sites, pathological grades, TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. Results The positive expression rate of PRDM1 in vocal cord polyp （83.3%） was obviously higher than that in LSCC （44.7%）, which had significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a positive correlation between PRDM1 expression and TNM staging and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05）, while there was no correlation with primary sites and pathological grade （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The inactivation of PRDM1 is correlated with the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma. PRDM1 may be a vital target gene for early diagnosis, gene therapy and prognosis of LSCC.
