| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合康复治疗对老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法:68例老年高血压病患者,随机分为两组。观察组(34例)在常规药物治疗的基础上给予综合康复治疗,对照组(34例)给予常规药物治疗,3个月后进行24小时动态血压检查。结果:综合康复组降压疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复对老年高血压病具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for senile hypertension. Methods: Sixty-eight senile patients with hypertension phase I were randomly divided into two groups: Observation group (34 patients) was given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of routine drug therapy; Control group (34 patients) was given routine drug therapy. Three months latter they all received 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure to moasuring the blood pressure. Results: The therapeutic effectiveness of blood pressure in comprehensive rehabilitation group was more than that of control group (F<0. 05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has better therapeutic effectiveness for senile hypertension. |
